These characteristics are not defects. 1.3 Any treatments or enhancements (e.g., heat treatment) are disclosed where applicable. 1.4 Images, videos, and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. 2.1 All prices are listed in Euro (€) & USD ($). 2.2 Prices include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. 2.3 Shipping, insurance, and additional charges are calculated at checkout. 2.4 We reserve the right to modify prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

8.1 Gemological certificates, where provided, are issued by independent laboratories. 8.2 Differences in grading opinions between laboratories do not constitute grounds for return.
9.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 9.2 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned. 9.3 We do not guarantee future resale value or investment performance of any gemstone.
